Hello Queens, thank you for visiting J’adore Hair Palace! our goal is to provide professional, innovative, and quality hair care services at reasonable prices for all clients.


Before requesting or making an appointment, please take the time to thoroughly read our policies, as no exceptions apply.

BOOKINGS

  J’adore Hair Palace is a private, exclusive hair salon servicing clients by appointments only during business hours, therefore; we DO NOT accept walk-in clients.  Our salon takes pride in offering our online "No-double Booking Scheduling System" which ensures that our clients receive professional hair salon service in reasonable timing.​ For the courtesy and respect of our client's time, we DO NOT OVERBOOK APPOINTMENTS! Once you book an appointment, your appointment time is reserved especially for you.  All bookings are done online with a required deposit that is processed by a SECURED processing system. No appointment will be scheduled or confirmed without a deposit being made. Deposits are $25 and applied to balance the day of service . Please have balance due in cash before arriving to appointment. Thank you !



CANCELLATIONS

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48-hours notice for cancellations, or to reschedule your appointment.  If you are running late, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you upon your arrival. 

However please be on time for your appointment! Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure that you receive your full service and that other clients are not inconvenienced.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed in advance, because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. 

J'adore Hair Palace policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policy's criteria.

REFUNDS

J’adore Hair Palace aims to please all of our clients. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with a service, please inform stylist at the time of your service before leaving salon or within 48 hours after your service has been performed if there are any issues that arise  after ! We will gladly make every effort to reschedule you to come back and resolve any problems you may have, by fixing issue at no extra charge to you . Our goal is to make sure you leave salon satisfied, so please be sure style is to your desired look Before leaving salon .  Sorry there are NO cash refunds on our services or products.  all sales are final. No monetary refunds or returns will be given.
